This insurance does not cover damage to the rented motorcycle itself.
-
Let’s Ride Patagonia does not require a general security deposit. We operate on the principle of good faith and the customer’s commitment to return the motorcycle in the same general condition in which it was received, allowing for normal wear and tear.
-
In the event of breakage or damage occurring during the rental period that does not constitute normal wear and tear, the customer must pay the corresponding repair or replacement costs.
-
Punctures and tire damage occurring during the rental period are the customer’s responsibility, including repair or replacement when required.
-
Any repair materials or spare parts supplied by Let’s Ride Patagonia and used during the trip must be replaced by the customer.
-
Any damages or liabilities exceeding the insurance coverage will be the customer’s responsibility.
7. TRAVEL TO CHILE
-
The documentation required to take the motorcycle into Chile is arranged at no additional cost and must be requested in advance.
-
The customer must inform Let’s Ride Patagonia before the start of the rental if they intend to take the motorcycle outside Argentina.
-
Due to the distances and logistical requirements involved in international travel, any extraordinary costs for assistance, recovery or transportation of the motorcycle from Chile that are not covered by insurance will be borne by the customer.
8. MILEAGE, PLANNED ROUTE AND EQUIPMENT
-
The rental includes unlimited mileage.
-
At the time of booking, we ask the customer to provide their general planned itinerary or route. This information allows us to prepare the motorcycle according to the estimated distance of the trip and ensure that its maintenance schedule is properly planned.
-
Available equipment may vary depending on the motorcycle model, rental duration and characteristics of the trip. Please check equipment and accessory availability when making your booking.
-
Helmets and other optional accessories are not included unless expressly stated in the booking.
