At Let's Ride Patagonia, we offer two distinct motorcycle rental services to suit different preferences and needs.

Alternatively, we offer "Organized Adventures," where you can participate in guided tours with a full service package, including planned routes and support.

REQUIREMENTS
Have a valid motorcycle driver's license for the engine size and/or category of motorcycles you have rented.
No exceptions.
The address on the license and the person's identification document must match for insurance coverage. (DNI, Passport, or equivalent for foreigners).
Have paid the full rental fee in advance.
All motorcycle occupants must always wear a helmet. (You can use your own or rent one as an accessory from us.)
Recommended: Have personal accident insurance (health insurance or travel insurance) during the motorcycle rental period.
We offer you the option of purchasing it through us or presenting a pre-purchased insurance policy.
Security deposit: For rentals that include the motorcycle being brought into Chile, we will require a security deposit for breakages or damage to the vehicle.
The amount will be fully or partially refunded upon return of the motorcycle, depending on its condition.
For rentals made only within Argentina, the agreement is made by accepting these Terms and Conditions of the company, based on the good faith of returning the vehicle in the same condition as received or paying the corresponding expenses to return it to that condition.
This responsibility falls entirely on the customer.
CONDITIONS
Motorcycles will be delivered and returned to our central office in VILLA LA ANGOSTURA, NEUQUEN. Unless otherwise agreed upon, a pickup and/or drop-off location is available.
Pick-up and drop-off must be made at a time previously agreed upon by the parties.
Full payment for the rental must be made prior to pickup.
The rate is per calendar day. Motorcycle rentals are calculated on a calendar day basis for both pickup and drop-off. For online reservations, the platform automatically calculates these rates.
During this period, the customer registered on the contract is solely responsible for keeping and maintaining the motorcycle.
CANCELLATION
A 50% deposit is required to guarantee vehicle availability on the selected date. In the event of cancellation, if the company is notified in writing up to 30 calendar days prior to the reservation date, a refund may be issued for the full amount paid as a deposit.
Notice given within any shorter period will not give rise to refund claims from the customer, and the company reserves the right to use the money in consideration for having reserved the unit for a specific date and withdrawn it from the rental.
DRIVING
The customer declares that they are aware of the current traffic regulations and undertake to comply with them at all times. They are responsible for any traffic violations committed during the rental period, and must pay for them. Their liability does not expire beyond the time that has elapsed until they receive their notification and the corresponding collection process.
In the event that the customer damages their motorcycle, they will not be entitled to receive another unit or to a refund of any unused rental vehicle.
All customers are fully responsible for damages exceeding the contracted coverage for accidents in which they are involved, expressly releasing the rental company.
This includes personal injury, damage to third parties transported and not transported, damage to the motorcycle, and damage to other movable or immovable property.
Only the driver is permitted to ride the motorcycle, unless a companion is declared at the time of booking.
The use of a helmet is mandatory at all times.
RETURN
Upon return, the fuel tank must be in the same condition as when it was picked up (as recorded in the contract). A functional and general condition assessment will be conducted to identify
any possible damage. Based on this assessment, the security deposit will be fully or partially refunded. In the event that the damage exceeds the amount withheld or if no deposit has been withheld,
in the case mentioned above, the remaining amount will be charged to ensure the motorcycle remains in the same condition as when picked up.
OTHER
We reserve the right to refuse the rental at our sole discretion.
Any assistance or transfer costs for persons or motorcycles not covered by the insurance or contracts signed at the time of motorcycle rental are the customer's responsibility.
Yes, safety equipment is required to ride a motorcycle. A helmet is mandatory for everyone.
Although gloves and appropriate footwear are not mandatory, they are recommended for added protection.

On our site, we detail all the items available for rental, so you can choose what you need. Your safety is our priority.
Also, since this is Patagonia, clothing is always important and necessary. You should keep this in mind when choosing gloves, a jacket, or pants. Ideally, you should have waterproof and/or windproof layers for a better experience.
At Let's Ride Patagonia, we understand that the Patagonian weather can be very changeable and unpredictable. For this reason, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds for pre-booked rentals in the event of rain or bad weather, as we guarantee the availability of the vehicle on the selected date through pre-payment.
The current TERMS and CONDITIONS apply in these cases.
However, we always do our best to ensure your rental experience is as satisfactory as possible, despite inclement weather. We may suggest alternative rescheduling dates subject to motorcycle availability. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any additional questions.
